Message	Designing a car (or any complex) involves making compromises in order to reach a certain goal. Everything you listed were decisions made by Nissan because they needed to comply with regulations, try to constrain costs, or were reasonable compromises for the general audience. 16" wheels are cheaper and lighter than 17" or 18" wheels. Window tinting laws vary by region, therefore they cannot be tinted otherwise they would not be able to sell them in certain markets. Also, tinting does decrease outward visibility to a certain extent. The same can be said about everything you have listed. The important thing is to understand what the pros and cons are of any modification, and whether the pros outweigh the cons for you. Different people have different priorities and are willing to give up certain aspects of the car in order to reach their goals. eg: some might want more power from the car, and are willing to trade greater lag for more top end power by upgrading to bigger turbos, and may be willing to risk the greater possibility of breakdowns in order to achieve the increased power.
